In just five days I refined what I already knew (translation: learned how to do it the right way), and learned many, many more techniques, finishes, and tricks of the trade. and Dan, I just wanted to send you a note to express my thanks and appreciation for all help you have given me after taking the class last October!!!! First of all, I had no idea the wealth of knowledge I would be leaving with when I signed up. Secondly, I didn't know how easy it would be to just call you up for guidance when I've needed it! I just want to say thanks- you've given me such amazing support and such good advice. I will be honest with you, I was wondering what I would get from taking the class, being a very successful mural artist already, and having some experience with finishes. I just wasn't sure it was for me. I truly signed up for the class because my husband was going to be out of town and I thought it would give me something to do. I had no idea it would CHANGE everything about my art!!!!! After applying everything I have learned to my own style and designs, the results have been fantastic. I am loving my work and finding a whole new world of possibilities. Thanks for giving me the secrets to faux, teaching it how to work for me and not against me, and broadening my creative mind! Not only was it worth it because of the learning the techniques, but I loved all the new friends I have from the class!
